I am a seasoned professional with more than a decade’s experience in the Financial Services sector including FinTech and investment banking. I worked in a Fortune 500 company for nearly 11 years before moving into M&A investment banking at the start of 2022.
My forte has always been international and multicultural client management and business development.
In my investment banking endeavor, I have been a go to advisor for UK TMT companies looking to buy, sell or fund their businesses where I provided services including prospect sourcing, M&A documentation, M&A financial modeling, LOI, HOTs and due diligence support for whole company and asset acquisitions.
I also have entrepreneurial experiences of setting up businesses; and of helping others in establishing business ventures. One such (anonymized) example is attached.
Work Terms
I prefer to be paid for the professional services hours consumed but am open to project based payments as well.
