Have worked on a variety of projects, premium residential/commercial buildings, sports clubs, high-rises, 5 star hotels, hospitals, power plants, steel plants and refineries.

Adept in quantity take off-item wise/material wise, bar bending schedules, project estimates, cost plans, cost monitoring, cost control, variation management, procurement scheduling, contract/ sub contract administration.

Work Terms

Hourly basis-$12, 50 hrs/week. Or on fixed price.Or retainer ship basis.
