It was amazing to work with Lubna Fatima, the work she has done for us was great and exactly what we needed and discussed. She was always responsive and the whole process was really smooth. It was good to work in stages and touch base every now and then. We definitely recommend her and hope to work together in the future. Big thumbs up!

"Wow!"--That's the reaction of one of our board members when she opened the file with the first of the designs Lubna prepared for us. It also expresses how satisfied all of us have been with the images that Lubna has created for our project. In every instance, she has been courteous and cooperative, eager to have her designs match our specifications. However, she has also added features from her own imagination and experience that have enhanced the quality of those designs. Our project has proceeded in stages, and working with U.nique Architectural Studio and Lubna Fatima has been a delight every step of the way. The designs she has prepared for us have been gorgeous. In the one instance in which we needed a revision of her sketch, she made the change without complaint, producing a rendering that everyone in our organization admires--and completing this ten days before the requested deadline! From Ms. Fatima we have received everything a client could wish from a freelancer: a pleasant and cooperative demeanor, extremely reasonable rates, and superb, high-quality designs. There is no doubt we will turn to U.nique should we need further work of this type.

U.nique Architectural Studio provided us with sample images of how we might renovate an abandoned industrial hall for educational use. The designs were professionally done and--at least as important--beautifully rendered. Having someone outside of our organization offer ideas on how the transformation might appear resulted in innovative and impressive insights into the project. We are already preparing specifications for further designs from this artist, and we anticipate receiving work of a similarly high quality.
