A highly experienced professional hotel Revenue Manager specializing in optimizing hotel’s revenue streams and new hotel openings. Using a combination of data analysis, market insights, and strategic decision-making to ensure that the hotel maximizes its profitability, direct bookings, and RGI.
With over 15 years of direct Revenue Management experience including 2 large hotel openings, being responsible for setting up and/or changing PMS. RMS, Channel managers, OTA's, introducing Pace reporting, weekly and monthly forecasting, yielding management, competitive set analysis. Group Revenue management for 2 hotel groups.
Managing various reservations teams, mentoring, training, and providing with daily support.
