ABOUT ME
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Vaishak Krishnan. I am a civil engineer by qualification and an architect by professional experience. Although I would say I am kind of an all-rounder.
I have had 4 years of solid freelancing experience and about 1 year office experience after receiving my license.
I handle all necessary software and much more.

EXPERIENCE
I have about four and a half years’ experience working on interior and exterior design projects in India. Actually I have started recently providing consultation for certain high value firms in my state on both architectural and civil engineering concepts.
My structural expertise is in RCC buiding in INDIAN, AMERICAN and BRITISH codes. I also provide custom shop drawings but this usually takes more time.
I also provide architectural services.
I do tile layouts, wall patterns, room arrangement and specifically furniture design. I also do works on landscaping and have done works on a couple of projects locally with some Colleges.

Work Terms

My working hours would be Mon-Fri, 5pm to 1am Indian standard time(GMT +5:30). I shall communicate via email (vaishakkrishnan5@gmail.com) and skype (krishnan.vaishak). Payment schemes and rates are negotiable depending on the complexity of the job (it would be better if the job is over 150$ budget).
