I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters in Social Work, and Masters in Educational Leadership. I have received training at the ICF-certified Coachville Institute.

I love working with clients from all over the world on various topics ranging from starting a business, improving self esteem, boosting energy levels, becoming a published author, revitalizing their health, improving relationships, taking a new career path, and more.

I also host the Inspiration With Val podcast (www.InspirationWithVal.com/Podcast) where I interview inspiring individuals from all walks of life, ranging from millionaire entrepreneurs to award winning authors to top athletes to cancer survivors.

When I'm not coaching my fabulous clients, I love reading, going for long walks along beautiful Lake Michigan, cooking, and listening to The Beatles.

Work Terms

My office hours vary but are generally afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday, and all day on the weekend. I am available via email or phone, and payment is accepted through PayPal.
