Hi! I'm Vanessa Rodelas. Graduate of Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management. I've been working as Talent Management Specialist (Hr) in a hotel here in the Philippines for two years. My job here is to source applicants that fit to our job openings, job offer then orient them about the company. I'm also handling their compensation and benefits. I process their Govt and Company benefits. I facilitate also our seminars and training for the employees. It's a tough job but I love it since I'm able to help our employees land a job and grow in the company.
Work Terms
I'm a full time HR Specialist working from Mondays to Fridays. But I am free to work on Saturday and Sunday. Usually, I climb mountains every week end or watch a movie with my friends.
