I am a highest certified (by IIBA, Canada) IT Business Analyst with over 9 years of professional experience.

- I am a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by IIBA with over 9 years of total IT experience.

- I began my career as a software developer in Microsoft technologies in 2007 with Asia's largest IT company - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). I started working as a junior Business Analyst within a short time and handled large and complex investment banking projects for a UK major bank.

- After working for almost 4 years in TCS, I moved to my last company, Sumeru Software Solutions Pvt Ltd., as a Business Analyst in late 2011. Here I delivered large and complex IT products for a NGO client in over 90 countries.

- With Sumeru I've worked for more than 5 years and the products that I have designed are in varied industries like online ticketing platforms, CRM, E-commerce websites, API management platform, Marketing Automation platform, Donation platform, Learning Management platform and Payment Gateway systems.

- I've been exposed to waterfall as well as agile approaches to software development and have extremely core BA skills as documented by IIBA. I have good experience in leading team of junior BAs as well as leading cross functional teams in creating cutting edge software products.

- Moreover, I am also an Art of Living Happiness program teacher for past 5 years. I have been a volunteer with The Art of Living Foundation for past 10 years and carry a deep interest in yoga and meditation.

Work Terms
