Work Terms

Our services will be delivered as outlined in the agreed proposal. Any additional requirements beyond this scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

The project will progress through defined design stages. We include a limited number of revisions at each stage to ensure clarity and timely completion.
Fees & Payments
Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule. Timely payments help us maintain smooth progress and adherence to timelines.
Approvals & Changes
Client approvals are required at each stage. Any changes requested after approval may impact cost and timelines.
Project Timelines
Timelines are indicative and depend on timely inputs, approvals, and decisions. Delays due to external factors may affect delivery schedules.
Execution & Site Coordination
Unless part of a turnkey agreement, execution will be handled by appointed vendors. We provide design guidance and coordination as agreed.
Materials & Finishes
Materials are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives may be suggested while maintaining design intent and quality.
Ownership of Designs
All designs and drawings remain the intellectual property of VASP Creative Studio and may not be used without prior consent.
Site Conditions
Existing site conditions and statutory approvals are outside our scope unless specifically included.
