 Assisting users in all aspects of SAP SD functionality.
 Attended Tickets ranging severity level from 2 to 4.
 Provide resolutions to the issues on run-time errors based on severity of issues.
 Handling the day-to-day issues of the user and, if required speak with user to understand the problem better.
 Working in the contract to cash and order to cash process.
 Resolving user specific requirements and production issues and preparing functional specifications as per the business requirements.
 Developed new custom reports and working on the standard report.

Work Terms

 As part of Project, I involved from Gathering custom transactions and tables used in project and maintaining knowledge repository.
 Resolving tickets and take appropriate action based on the priority of queries raised by Client/end users within the stipulated SLA guidelines.
 Updating the tickets time to time with the progress done on the problem so that the status of the ticket is communicated across the business and the respective leads.
 Analysing the errors, searching for route cause analysis, and providing permanent solutions.
 Attending user problems and issues for day-to-day production support and helping them for their process trainings.
 Analysing errors and prepared end user documents related to sales order, delivery order and billing document.
 Resolved issues on Sales Order, Delivery and Billing processing etc.,
 Working on CR’s and incidents as per business requirements.
 Involved in Preparation of test plans and test cases for Unit and Integrations Testing.
 Involved in review of technical specifications in order to develop reports and supporting the technical team with the functional logical understanding.
