Am Venugopal, A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt professional with proven expertise on Six Sigma, LEAN, Process Improvement, Resource Optimization and Change Management. I have experience in Coaching, mentoring and train Green Belts and White Belts in the principles and application of Lean Six Sigma.

A Total of 10+ years of cumulative experience in Process Excellence, Experience in Production Teams, 6 years in core Process Excellence role (Six Sigma).
