Im a Marketing Research Associate and Sales Documentation/Customer Relations Officer for an online store, and both jobs take up a lot of time, I work from home and always looking for additional project. In addition to management coursework in my tertiary level. I have successfully employed management skills to an online store. In my most recent position, it generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services. Upselling by encouraging shoppers to order eyeglasses, cellphone accessories, perfumes & household products to add value to their overall shopping experience.
