Work Terms

to the scope must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing.
2Timeline: A timeline for the project will be established, including milestones and deadlines for deliverables. Both parties
will work together to ensure that the project stays on track and meets agreed-upon deadlines.
3Communication: Effective communication is crucial for the success of the project. Regular updates will be provided on
the progress of the project, and both parties will designate a primary point of contact for inquiries and
feedback.
4Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement and may include details such as the total
project cost, payment schedule (e.g., upfront deposit, milestone payments, final payment upon
completion)
5Ownership and Rights: Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client will own all rights to the deliverables
produced by the our team, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
6Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of
the project. This includes but is not limited to proprietary business information, trade secrets, and client
data.
7Revisions and Feedback: The client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions to the
deliverables produced by our team. Reasonable revisions will be accommodated within the
scope of the project agreement.
