Accomplished Senior Project Manager with 12 years of proven experience in the IT industry. Through these years I been fortunate to work in different business industries for different IT projects. The industries I’ve worked so far are pharmaceutical, cement, steel, automobile and retail. I’ve played different roles through the time, some of them are C# windows form developer, SAP MM Consultant, Back Office Associates Cransoft consultant, data migration (ETL) specialist and Project Manager. I have the experience and skills to develop business plans based on client requirements with realistic estimations based on technology in scope. I can talk and orchestrate clients, key users and C-level executives as result of PMI methodology, soft skills trainings and continuous the interaction with clients. It is within my capacity to manage large teams, end-to-end, located in client facilities, near shore and/or offshore. I’ve participated in all the phases of SDLC and PMI process flow, allowing me to help the team and the project with requirements gathering, documentation, technical design, implementation, control, unit testing, financials, team management and client management.
