Victor did an amazing job with our project. He developed a non-profit site for us to help out people out of work because of Covid and did so with great speed and at a price that I am sure was under his usual rate. He is an expert coder, has excellent English skills and was alway VERY quick with responses and updates. Also went to great lengths to explain things to us so we could maintain the site ourselves. Would highly recommend to anyone.
