Work Terms
I work on a per-project and/or per-client basis, which means that I do not bill by the hour and that I take on only one assignment at a time. This is a good thing for my client because I am able to maintain singular focus unconstrained by time impediments. I provide a reasonable estimate by considering all factors of the entire scope of work, including completion time requirements (as in “rush” jobs), as well as the specific assignment particulars (such as research required, type and length of project, etc.). I require 50% at the time of hire as a contractual retainer and the remainder upon completion. A project is never “completed” until the client is 100% satisfied with my work. Confidentiality is an absolute.
