I am a globally experienced business and strategy executive, trusted advisor, and confidential counsel to leaders, founders, and organizations navigating growth and transformation.
Over the past 15+ years, I have led and supported Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and international businesses across industries such as FMCG, technology, financial services, telecom, and travel.
My career has taken me across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, where I have built brands, steered innovation, and helped organizations expand into new markets while delivering sustainable growth.

My approach blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. I have designed and executed business transformations, global brand launches, and communication strategies, always with discretion and measurable results.
I believe that the most impactful advisory comes from listening closely, asking the right questions, and tailoring solutions that fit each leader’s unique context.

In addition to long-term advisory partnerships, I am available for short-term tactical projects and specific requests that require a quick, expert perspective. This includes ad-hoc market research, feedback on creative concepts, messaging refinement, packaging and design development, and strategic input on campaigns or product positioning.

Work Terms

I offer flexible engagement models designed to meet client needs: hourly rates, project-based fees, and ongoing retainers. To support new collaborations, I provide special introductory discounts for first-time clients, and apply a smart rate policy for longer-term or multi-phase projects to ensure cost efficiency.

There are no surcharges for urgent or emergency requests, and I maintain flexible working hours.
While I prefer to operate in U.S. Eastern Time (EDT), I am open to working across other time zones with only minimal adjustments. I am also available on weekends and holidays.
When appropriate and ads value, I am open to in-person visits and on-site collaboration.

Payment terms are flexible and straightforward, with options to pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Prepayment terms are negotiable depending on the scope and nature of the engagement.
