Work Terms
All projects will be handled through Guru SafePay with milestone-based payments. Work will commence only after the milestone is funded.
Deliverables will be provided in Microsoft Word format (.docx). Each project includes up to two minor revisions within five (5) days of delivery. Substantial changes, additional clauses, or scope modifications will be billed separately.
Standard turnaround time:
NDA / Simple Agreement: 2–3 business days
Service / Commercial Agreement: 3–5 business days
Complex Agreements: 5–7 business days
Communication will be conducted through Guru messaging. Scheduled calls are available during evenings (IST) or weekends upon request.
