Work Terms

We work with Project Delivery model and Dedicated Team model.
Project Delivery:
1) you send us the project specification;
2) we provide you with the estimate of the project within 24 hours;
3) if you approve the estimate, we are ready to start.
The project will be leaded by one of our experienced Project Managers.

Dedicated Team:
1) We provide candidates for FREE - You interview them.
2) You choose the best one - We hire him/her for you.
3) We support your remote team - You manage them.
Each developer goes through 2 months probation period.

Payment Terms
Project Delivery:
Fixed Price or T&M model (depending on the complexity of the project)
Dedicated Team:
Flat monthly fee without any hidden costs or payments
