1. Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My working hours are flexible and I am generally available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.

2. Communication:
I am always available through Upwork messages, email, or WhatsApp (if required). I usually respond within a few hours.

3. Turnaround Time:
Project deadlines are always respected. Small tasks (like basic data entry or document translation) can be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the volume. Urgent delivery is also available on request.

4. Revisions:
I offer unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied (within the scope of the original project).

5. Payment Terms:

Fixed-price and milestone-based projects are both accepted.

I prefer milestone-based payments for large projects.

50% advance (optional for new clients), rest after delivery.

6. Confidentiality:
I strictly respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive data shared with me will be kept 100% secure and will never be shared or reused.
