Philosophy
As a content writer, i believe in teamwork, motivation and handwork so that at the end of every task my clients have a smile in their faces for a job well done. I have the sustained energy and determinationin the face of obstacles set and meets challenging targets in compliance with quality,time and diversity standards and delivering the required results.
Career goals
In the next five years,i believe i will be able to open a career centre where i will be able to mentor young vibrant minds.
Skills
I have various skills that include; management skills,good communication skills i.e iam well conversant in english language,teamplayer,persistent relevant and vibrant.i have over 5 years’ experience working in different capacities in content writing , customer service, project management and administration, as well as volunteering in a children’s home where i gained and developed interpersonal skills. I have worked and interacted with different people in the past and i have vast experience in dealing with difficult clients and always respond to their requests promptly. I know when, and how, to politely decline an inappropriate client request. I do not make assumptions about client needs, but i have always asked clients questions to clarify their needs to enable me to support them better.i bet i can do more of this to a clients satisfaction.
