IT Infrastructure Service Management

to manage the company IT services remotely using a combination of remote access tools, centralized management systems, cloud-based services, and Firewall security system. I would be able to manage the following services strategically and comprehensively by remote IT management:
1. Remotely IT Infrastructure Management:
To provide a solution and manage the following IT infrastructure services remotely.
•
Managing and successfully implementing the information and computer technology systems including IT Infrastructure planning, deploying and maintaining IT systems and operations.
•
To set up Network Infrastructure (Local and Wireless Network) in coordination with the IT Team including installation of communication devices and other network devices and its management, including the company websites and domain management.
•
To set up Data Center & cloud-based servers management and configuration of Cisco, Broadband WIFI Routers, Cisco/D-Link/TP-Link Switches, HP Servers, EPABX System.
•
To provide services related to the CCTV and Biometric systems installed at company-wide locations.
•
Enhanced IT infrastructure by implementing strategic technology upgrades and streamlining system processes.
•
Evaluating current IT related requirements and developing an overall roadmap to meet future requirements for continuous improvement, aligning with the company objectives and goals.
2. Cloud-Based Remote Servers Management:
To Manage the installed servers “ERP/RMCTALLY/CETL-Tally/SCPL-Domain Network/Agilent-Locally installed servers/Disaster Recovery Server” by Cloud-based virtual management.
3. Cloud based Remote Application Services Management:
To manage Cloud Application Email and office-based Microsoft Application services such as (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, etc.).
Remotely Management of Centralised E-Scan and Norton Antivirus and other license softwares.
4. Cloud Based Network Security and Firewall Management:
To manage the recently installed cloud-based SOPHOS Firewall system in the company; and provide solutions as per the requirement of the company,
5.Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Providing High Performance data backup and recovery Computing System and management of the user’s data backup system on a regular basis. and including a backup services setup at the datacentre servers.
6.FMS System Management:

We have implemented and managed FMS systems for IT Related Communication Services, Call logs and procurement of the software/hardware products and its inventory Management
•
Managed the procurement process for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely delivery of necessary equipment to support ongoing projects.
•
Application development and implementation as per the company requirement and worked with the Application development team and ERP/Google based FMS system management
8. IT Policy Implementation and Budget/Costing Management:
•
We have implemented required IT Policies and SOP’s and Responsible for developing the organization’s entire IT
