Work Terms
Availability: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST. I am flexible and can accommodate clients across different time zones including US, UK, and UAE.
Response Time: I typically respond to all messages and queries within 2–4 hours during working hours. Urgent requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
Deliverables: All documents are delivered in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF format unless otherwise specified. Turnaround time is typically 1–3 business days for standard contracts, and 4–7 business days for complex or multi-party agreements.
Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included in every service. Additional revisions can be arranged at a nominal charge.
Communication: I prefer communication via Guru messenger for project-related discussions. I am also available for scheduled video or audio calls for detailed brief discussions.
Payment: I work with Guru SafePay for secure and hassle-free transactions. Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects.
