Work Terms

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 EET (GMT+2), Tallinn, Estonia. Urgent repair work is often possible outside these hours, ask first.

Payment: SafePay milestones. Small fixes get a flat quote; larger builds are split into agreed stages, each with its own deliverable.

Communication: Guru messages. Scope is confirmed in writing before work starts, and on active projects you get a short progress note at least every other business day.

Handover: after the work you get a list of changes and, where useful, a short screen recording of what was done. Your site and logins always stay yours.
