Back-end:
I am RoR developer with 3 years of experience. I don't only know such terminology as CRUD and DRY, i know how to work in this style. My first web technology was ASP.NET MVC + C#, it took from my life 2 years.
Database:
Just write this, because saw a couple projects where requirements was knowledge "SQL". Most of projects don't use clean SQL, they talk with DB through ORM. This means that I can use any of the database for your project.
But if it's critical to use SQL I also have experience with this, when i start there not was such as ORM, so as others developers I had to write queries manually. Triggers, recursive queries, joins ... I am familiar with it.
Front-end:
It's a second part of my life, it's like hobby for now. I know that i am Guru in RoR, I can not say about front-end. Develop responsive site from scratch(PSD), implement some JS plugin, override something in this plugin... i know how to do this. But front-end it's not just CSS and HTMl. It's also as back-end can be huge system. If you want something large with AJAX, with good architecture, there many solutions like Angular, React …. I don't have enough experience with technologies, so better to refer a person who knows alot about this. For simple solutions I am opened.
