Accounting, Payroll & QuickBooks — Done Right, On Time

I'm a finance professional with over a decade of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and payroll management within a large public-sector organization. I currently serve as Assistant Manager Finance, where I oversee corporate accounts and pension & payroll operations across multiple regional offices, manage financial reporting and reconciliations, and sit on the procurement evaluation committee reviewing vendor financial proposals.

My day-to-day work involves accounting, cash management, budgeting, payroll processing, and profit & loss analysis for a multi-formation organization — the same discipline I bring to every freelance project. I'm comfortable with QuickBooks and other accounting tools, and I pride myself on accuracy, clear communication, and meeting deadlines without cutting corners.

Work Terms

I am available for freelance accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management projects on a part-time/flexible basis, alongside my full-time role in corporate finance. I typically respond to messages within 24 hours and prefer clear, written communication of project scope and deliverables before work begins.

Payment: For fixed-price projects, I require an initial deposit before starting work, with the balance due on completion/delivery. For ongoing monthly bookkeeping or payroll work, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. All work is delivered through Guru's SafePay for mutual protection.

Scope & Revisions: Project scope and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. Reasonable revisions related to the original scope are included; requests that expand the original scope will be quoted separately.

Confidentiality: All client financial data is handled with strict confidentiality. I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive engagements.

Timelines: I provide a realistic delivery timeline at the start of each project and will communicate proactively if anything affects that timeline.
