using Groq AI. High-priority leads reach the right
person immediately. Lower-priority contacts receive
automated responses without team involvement.

Daily Sales Reports
Automated report delivered every morning with previous
day revenue, top products, growth percentage, and an
AI-generated business insight telling you what to do.

Custom Workflows
Any manual process that runs on a schedule, triggers
from a form, or connects to an API can be automated.

Every project is built specifically for the client.
Their team structure, their brand tone, their data
fields. Each workflow is tested with real data before
delivery and arrives ready to activate.

Tools I use: n8n, Gmail API, Google Sheets API,
Groq AI, Slack, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTTP nodes.

Based in Pakistan. Working with clients across the
UK, US, Middle East, and South Asia.

Work Terms

Availability: Sunday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM
Pakistan Standard Time. Responses within 2 to
4 hours during available hours.

Payment: All projects are fixed price. Payment
is processed through Guru SafePay before work
begins. Work does not start until SafePay funds
are confirmed.

Milestones: Standard and Premium packages are
split into two milestones — 50 percent at project
start, 50 percent upon delivery and approval.
Basic packages use a single milestone.

Revisions: One round of revisions is included
with every package after delivery. Any additional
revisions requested beyond that are quoted
separately before work proceeds.

Communication: All project communication is
kept within the platform so everything is
documented in one place. Progress updates are
sent at minimum every two days on active projects.

Delivery: All deliverables include working n8n
workflow files, full written documentation, and
a setup guide. Nothing is marked complete until
the client confirms the workflow is functioning
correctly on their end.

Project Start Requirements: n8n instance access,
credentials for connected services, team structure
details, and a written brief. Clear requirements
at the start lead to faster and more accurate
delivery.
