06/2016 - NOW: ECOMROCKET.COM - PROJECT OWNER & E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
In June 2015, I a concluded a course “E-Commerce Entrepreneur”. In that capacity, I’m engaging myself in my own project called Ecomrocket.com. Within this project I take up the role as an E-commerce specialist. The goal is to start up projects, advising local, small entrepreneurs about the practical application of an Omnichannel E-commerce approach towards their customers, and work with them to get their Websites, Web shops, E-mailing campaigns and Social Media campaigns where they should be.
01/2011 - NOW: DESCARTES SYSTEMS GROUP - PMO MANAGER & Kanban Coach
A new role, since January 2011, which started out coordinating the companies professional services teams, being the right-hand of my VP Services Delivery and acting as SPOC for the EMEA Professional Services . Speaking 4 languages helps me to work with the different country teams a lot.
Since September 2015 we are rolling out a Kanban approach. I've become the companies Kanban Coach in the meanwhile.
In EMEA, with a strong focus on the Benelux, the UK and the Scandics, I am responsible for internal systems (SAP and JIRA) project management coordination, resource planning, project administration and Management Reporting.
I work together on a daily basis with our companies headquarters in Waterloo, Ontario.

In 2008 I took on a role as trustee within an acquired company for the Porthus company. Quickly I learned a lot about the acquired product, and fitted into the Netherlands based team.
05/2004-06/2008 | B2BI CONSULTANT, INTEGRATION ENGINEER,
As a B2Bi integration engineer, I grew into a senior application/integration consultant role.
06/1997-04/2004 | ICT & E-BUSINESS MANAGER | IMES Group
As the organizations ICT & E-business Manager, I managed the technical support team and a small developers group.
