I am Warren Sakwa Micheal, a versatile IT professional from Kampala, Uganda, with strong experience across software testing, IT support, web design, content creation, digital marketing, and data analysis. My career journey has allowed me to work with both global companies and local startups, giving me the flexibility and skill to adapt to diverse projects and fast-changing environments.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Makerere University and have strengthened my technical expertise with certifications in cybersecurity, network security, and digital marketing from Cisco and Google. These qualifications have enabled me to handle complex IT systems, ensure data security, and create impactful digital strategies.
In software testing, I specialize in functionality testing, reporting bugs, and ensuring product quality across web and mobile platforms. My IT support experience includes troubleshooting, software training, and systems management. As a web and graphic designer, I create responsive websites, engaging interfaces, and visual content using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and AutoCAD. My digital marketing background covers SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and analytics, ensuring optimized performance and visibility for brands.
I have also worked extensively in content creation and project management, developing high-quality articles, managing websites, and leading collaborative teams to meet organizational goals. My data analysis and AI training experience includes working on machine learning projects, data annotation, and validation, using tools such as SPSS, STATA, and R Studio.
Over the years, I have taken on leadership roles, including team lead positions in talent sourcing, where I supported recruitment processes, managed candidate pipelines, and ensured smooth onboarding of new hires. My ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively has been key to delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English, Swahili, Luganda, and Lumasaba, I can engage with diverse audiences and adapt my communication across cultures. I am passionate about continuous learning, staying updated on technology trends, and using innovation to solve problems.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT)
Saturday: By appointment only
Sunday: Off / Emergencies only
Payment Terms:
Full-time projects: Monthly invoicing or agreed milestone-based payments
Freelance / Part-time projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion OR milestone-based payments
Preferred payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel), or other agreed platforms
Preferred Communication Style:
Secondary: Zoom or Google Meet for calls, meetings, and project reviews
Response time: Within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends
Project & Work Terms:
Clear project scope and deliverables agreed before starting work
Timelines and milestones mutually decided and respected
Regular updates provided on progress
Feedback welcomed and acted upon promptly
Confidentiality and professionalism maintained at all times
