Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am highly flexible and operate primarily during standard business hours (GMT+5). However, I always adjust my schedule to ensure overlap with my international clients (US/UK/EU) for smooth communication and meetings.

Communication Style: Clear and prompt communication is my priority. I prefer using the platform's chat or workspace for daily updates. I am also fully open to initial video calls or screen-sharing sessions to discuss project scope, mood boards, and references before kicking off.

Project Workflow & Updates: I believe in keeping the client in the loop. I provide regular milestone updates (e.g., initial 3D block-outs, clay renders for camera approval, and final lighting/texturing passes) so you can provide feedback at every stage.

Payment Terms: I prefer working with milestone-based payments (e.g., separating modeling/texturing from the final animation render) using the platform's SafePay/Escrow system. This ensures transparency and security for both of us.

Revisions: I include reasonable revisions in my quotes to ensure the final 3D asset or animation aligns perfectly with your vision and brand guidelines. 100% client satisfaction is always the end goal.
