Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
I am available to work from Monday to Saturday. My standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT+6). However, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule to meet urgent deadlines or accommodate different time zones. I typically respond to messages within 1-2 hours during my working hours.
2. Communication Style:
I prefer communicating through the Guru Message Center to keep all project details documented and secure. I am a conversational English speaker, meaning I can understand your requirements clearly and provide regular updates. I believe in transparent and honest communication to ensure the project stays on track.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment Method: I prefer working through Guru's SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.
Milestones: For larger projects, I prefer dividing the work into manageable milestones. An initial deposit (via SafePay) is required before starting the project.
Final Payment: The remaining balance should be released upon approval of the final design and before the delivery of the source files.
4. Design Process & Revisions:
Briefing: I start every project by thoroughly understanding the client's needs and brand values.
Concepts: I provide initial design concepts for review within the agreed timeframe.
Unlimited Revisions: For my Premium clients, I offer unlimited revisions until 100% satisfaction is achieved. For basic orders, I provide 2-3 rounds of revisions.
Final Delivery: Upon project completion and payment, I provide high-resolution files in all necessary formats (AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.).
5. My Promise:
I am committed to providing unique, high-quality designs with a focus on fast delivery. I do not use templates; every project is created from scratch using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Your satisfaction is my top priority.
