Dean was great. He took the project notice in 1 hour, and had everything completed in another hour. Very fast developer! Goes the extra mile to ensure the best for your time and money. He also has GREAT communication. I will be hiring him again.

First of all, I want to say that I have worked with a lot of developers and development teams. Dean is by far the best that I have experienced to date. Communication I believe is the most important thing during the deadline and time crunch of a project. His communication was outstanding! I also loved the work he did. I hava had developers come in, and implement a solution, but just leave it plain text, and not use CSS. Dean took the time to make sure all text and colors matched as well. Dean also brought up new ideas on how to make the website better, which is a plus to get a good developers opinion. I will be hiring Dean for the rest of the projects we need completed, and I recommend him to ANYBODY on Guru.com over anybody I have previously worked with. He is the best I have found.

I've never used the Guru site before, but I'm sure glad I had a great first experience. Dean was nothing but professional and went above and beyond the call of duty for my project. I don't think we both knew what we were getting into, but he kept going without any reservation. I will definitly use Dean again for other projects and would recommend him at any time. You really can't find a better programmer to work with. Dean completed the job with terrific technical know-how. But beyond that he *cared* about the job, communicated frequently and was a terrific help.
