Work Terms
At Webnit Solutions, we strive to provide the best service and support to our clients. To ensure a smooth and successful working relationship, we have established the following terms of service:
1. Payment: We require a 50% deposit before we begin work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
2. Deadlines: We will establish specific deadlines for the completion of each project and will make every effort to meet those deadlines. However, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
3. Revisions: We understand that you may want to make changes to the initial design or development of your project. We will provide up to three rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
4. Support: We will provide ongoing support for a period of 3 months after the completion of the project, during which time we will address any issues or bugs that may arise.
