I prefer to work for fixed rates.I don't work weekends although for a favorite client I might make a small exception.I factor in time zones and keep you up to date by email or Skype. I never miss a deadline. Ever. And I don't start work without the full details. Payment-wise I'd like 50% upfront and the balance to be paid through Guru Safepay within 3 days of receipt of final copy.I work to a rough draft first, followed by discussion with you and then proceed to final copy.
