HEAVYWEIGHT COPYWRITER TURNS LIGHTWEIGHT.

Round one in my fight to be an advertising copywriter. Ding.

Dodge the blows from lightweight (which accurately describes the heft of your salary). Through to middleweight (a miniature wage increase). And finally reach the Heavyweight ad agency prize. A world champ’s substantial purse.

My trainers? BBD&O. Y & R. McCann Erikson. Lintas SCCB. Grey Advertising. Hunt Lascaris. Tequila. Yourselves.

Now, with 3 Clio award finalists for ad excellence worldwide and over 35 000 hours with both international and smaller online brands, my creativity should be beyond OK. More like KO.

So why lightweight now?

In tight-fisted times like these, I’m prepared to go back so you can go forward. My heavyweight title stays. It’s my billing that’s turning lightweight.

For freelance copy, concepts, campaigns and content, find out how my heavyweight knockdown punch can help you build up your business.

WENDY BENNETT. HEAVYWEIGHT COPYWRITER. NOT RESTING ON MY TITLE.

Work Terms

I prefer to work for fixed rates.
I don't work weekends although for a favorite client I might make a small exception.
I factor in time zones and keep you up to date by email or Skype. I never miss a deadline. Ever. And I don't start work without the full details. Payment-wise I'd like 50% upfront and the balance to be paid through Guru Safepay within 3 days of receipt of final copy.

I work to a rough draft first, followed by discussion with you and then proceed to final copy.
