Thirteen years working experience in the agricultural industry. Managed 250ha of mixed farming activities with 300 farm employees and achieved 56% market share in Manicaland horticultural shop distributors. Initiated horticulture section for GoCongo and reduced irrigation costs for the farm by 30%. attained 80% market share in Lubumbashi for horticulture produce. Increased the loan recovery rate from 86% to 98.9% for Tianze tobacco and was awarded worker of the year 2015. Initiated 5000ha of soyabean contract farming with 17 commercial farmers for Pureoil industries and achieved 96% loan recovery. Increased area under production to 15000ha with 45 commercial farmers contracted. Introducing Canola production for the first time in Zimbabwe as well as corporate farming for Pureoil industries.
