Hi! I'm William, a designer with a passion for architecture, interiors, and everything that brings spaces to life. Over the years, I’ve worked on all kinds of projects creating shop drawings, reviewing submittals, coordinating with contractors, and making sure everything fits together both on paper and in the real world.

What I enjoy most is combining design with function. Whether it’s drafting a clean set of plans, visualizing a space in 3D, or helping a client refine their idea, I’m all about making the process smooth and clear. I’m also experienced with Florida Product Approvals (NOAs), change orders, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks that help projects run efficiently.

Work Terms

I can work either on an hourly basis or on a fixed-price basis, depending on the client’s preference. I also offer a high level of flexibility, meaning that if a project requires extra effort, I am willing to push to meet deadlines and, when possible, deliver ahead of schedule.
