I manage multiple booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com,
and Vrbo. I use Hostaway and Conduit
to synchronize calendars, reservations, and availability across platforms,
making sure there are no double bookings and that listings
remain accurate at all times. I also assist with pricing updates
to help maximize occupancy and revenue.

For property operations, I coordinate cleaning schedules using Turno,
ensuring turnovers are completed on time and that all platforms
stay properly synced after each checkout.

A large part of my role is guest messaging.
I handle communication from pre-booking to post-checkout,
responding promptly and professionally to inquiries,
booking confirmations, check-in instructions, special requests,
and guest concerns. I focus on clear communication to improve guest
satisfaction and reduce issues.

I create and update Airbnb listing descriptions to improve clarity,
attractiveness, and booking potential.
For visuals, guides, and simple marketing materials,
I use Canva to support listings and guest communication.

To improve response quality, speed, and consistency,
I use ChatGPT while still maintaining a personalized
and human guest experience. I also manage data entry, document organization,
and record keeping, ensuring all information is accurate, secure,
and well-organized.

If there are tools or systems I haven’t used yet, I’m resourceful
and proactive in learning. I quickly adapt by using YouTube, documentation,
and online resources—just as I’ve done with tools required
by previous hosts. I’m open, adaptable, and always willing
to learn new applications to better support your business.

I work independently, follow established systems carefully,
and prioritize clear communication, accuracy, confidentiality,
and reliability in everything I do.
