I am an HR Professional with close to 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, New Hire Orientation, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Drafting Policies, Performance Management, HR Analytics and Reporting, Automation, Internal Communication, Learning & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Exit Management, etc. In my previous stints, I have created and successfully implemented several automated HR processes like Performance Counselling, Attrition Reporting, and R&R Nomination, etc. I am a certified White Belt in Six Sigma process and have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). I am a Masters in Comparative Literature and also have done PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and GNIIT from NIIT. I started my career as a trainer in the Medical Transcription Industry and gradually worked my way through Compliance, Quality Checks, Training, and Human Resources.
