Final payment is due within 7 days of project completion; late payments incur a 5% fee. Deliverables include edited documents with tracked changes in .docx format and clean final versions, adhering to your preferred style guide (e.g., AP, Chicago). Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for up to 5,000 words; rush jobs (24-48 hours) add a 25% surcharge. One round of revisions is included; additional revisions are $25/hour. Communication is via Guru messaging, with responses within 24 hours (EST, weekdays). All work is confidential, and clients own the final content upon full payment. Cancellations before work begins are refundable; a 25% kill fee applies for work started.
