OPERATIONAL HOURS
We are available to work 24/7/365 upon contract or project delivery, and we have an express delivery system that we can work 24 hours a day to deliver time sensitive/time constrain projects.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payment by PayPal/Skrill and an upfront payment of 50% for a project that is valued at $500 and above. While for smaller projects, we do not require any upfront payment.
The remaining fees have to be paid upon the client acceptance on the preview of the design/drawing. Once the remaining payment is received, the final deliverable will be sent to any channel and format preferred.
