Work Terms

Hours of Operation
We operate Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 10 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). However, we adjust our availability depending on project urgency and client timezone requirements.

Communication
• Preferred communication: Guru messages, email, Zoom/Google Meet
• Daily or weekly progress updates (based on project needs)
• Quick response time: usually within 1–3 hours

Payment Terms
• SafePay or milestone-based payments preferred
• Fixed-price or hourly models available
• Work begins once the SafePay/Milestone is funded
• For larger projects, structured milestone planning is recommended
