Work Terms

Hours of Operation Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) Sunday: Closed (Available for urgent projects upon prior request) Project-Based Work: 50% advance payment before project initiation & 50% upon final delivery. For large projects: milestone-based payments may apply. Accepted Payment Methods: UPI Project Timelines: Timeline depends on scope and complexity Clear deadline provided before project confirmation Express delivery available at additional cost Revisions Policy: 2–3 minor revisions included (depending on project type) Major changes may incur additional charges Cancellation Policy: Advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced If canceled before work begins, refund may be processed after deduction of administrative charges Confidentiality All client data, research materials, and project information remain strictly confidential
