About

CRI Patent Attorney/drafting specialist

I am an Advocate and seasoned Patent Attorney with deep expertise in Computer Related Inventions (CRIs) under the Indian Patent regime. I specialize in drafting high-quality Provisional and Complete Specification documents for ordinary patent applications, helping inventors and startups in cutting-edge technology domains secure robust intellectual property protection. With extensive hands-on experience in CRI filings, I excel at navigating the complexities of Section 3(k) while demonstrating technical effect, industrial applicability, and inventive step.

My core strength lies in advanced technology inventions — Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, Software-Hardware integrations, IoT, Fintech algorithms, and other emerging technologies.

I have a proven track record of transforming complex innovative ideas into precisely drafted patent specifications that effectively capture and “tightly hold” the true novelty of the invention. In a field where the most challenging aspect is identifying the inventive core amid layers of known art and translating it into defensible claims, I focus on:
1) Strategic identification and articulation of novelty and inventive step
2) Clear demonstration of technical advancement and economic significance
3) Robust, examiner-ready drafting of provisional (for early priority) and complete specifications
Comprehensive descriptions, flowcharts, system architectures, and enabling disclosures that withstand scrutiny

Whether it is an AI-driven solution, a novel quantum algorithm, or an innovative software-hardware synergy, I ensure the patent application not only meets the strict CRI guidelines but also provides strong commercial protection that adds real value for funding, licensing, or market leadership.

Clients rely on me for clear, technically sound, and legally strategic patent documents that convert innovative ideas into enforceable assets. If you are an inventor, startup, or enterprise developing next-generation technology and need a reliable partner for CRI patent drafting and filing, I would be glad to help you protect your innovation effectively.

Work Terms

List of details and information which I as the Patent Attorney will be required to start work on your Patent application.

1. Basic Applicant & Inventor DetailsFull names, addresses, nationalities, and contact details of all inventors and applicants (who may be different, e.g., company vs. individual).
Proof of right to apply (e.g., assignment deed, employment contract excerpt, or declaration if the applicant is not the inventor).
Whether it is a joint invention and contribution details of each inventor.

2. Invention Disclosure / Technical Description
1) This is the most critical input. Provide a detailed Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) or equivalent write-up covering:Title of the Invention (suggest a concise, descriptive title, ideally under 15 words).
Technical Field (e.g., AI-based image processing, quantum algorithms for optimization, software-hardware system for fintech).
2) Background / Problem Statement: Existing solutions (known prior art), their limitations, and the specific problem the invention solves.
3) Summary of the Invention: High-level overview of what the invention does and its key advantages.
4) Detailed Working / Operation:How the invention works step-by-step.
Algorithms, architectures, flowcharts, pseudocode, mathematical models (especially important for AI/ML, quantum, or software inventions).
System components, modules, hardware integrations (if any).
Data flows, inputs/outputs, processing logic.

3. Additional Strategic Inputs (Especially for CRIs)Target jurisdictions (for provisional — mainly India priority; for complete — India or PCT considerations).
1) Any known Section 3(k) challenges and how the invention demonstrates a “technical effect” or “technical contribution.”
2) Commercial aspects: How the invention will be used, potential licensing, or product integration.
Timeline urgency (e.g., upcoming disclosures, funding deadlines).
