Scribbling delight

A journalist, researcher and broadcaster, with more than 30 years of practice in diverse media organisations in Nigeria, I have gained deep and extensive knowledge of the terrain as well as a network of credible news sources and social influencers, particularly in the South West, where I have worked as Regional Editor/Bureau Chief for the reputed Tell Magazine and The Sun newspapers for the past 18 years. I have also at various times hosted Democracy Watch and Hardtalk, the flagship talk shows of the popular Ibadan-based Space FM 90.1; Reflections on the Truths of Life on Premier FM 93.5 and Hotliners, a production of Mahogany Productions on Nigeria Television Authority NTA Channel 7, Lagos. My hobbies include travelling, reading and public speaking. I hold Bachelor and Master's degrees in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Lagos, in addition to certificates obtained from professional workshops, seminars and training programmes.

Work Terms

I work 40 hours per week from 9am to 5pm. Payment will be in line with guru.com terms and conditions, with direct remittance of my fees made to my local bank account. I write in English with a variety of style ranging from conversational to academic, or a blend of both with a touch of wit and humour.
