I am Yolima Gómez, an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Organizational Management and over 10 years of experience in document digitization, data management, and process optimization. I have helped companies and professionals organize their information, improve efficiency, and make reliable decisions.

Work Terms

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Colombia time). Messages received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Payment terms: I accept payments through the Guru platform, preferably 50% at the start of the project and 50% upon completion, though I can adapt based on the agreement with the client.

Communication style: Professional, clear, and respectful. I prefer messages within the platform, with the option for calls or video conferences if the project requires.

Response time: I usually respond within 24 business hours.
