Work Terms

HOURS OF OPERATION:
I'm available 7 days a week, generally responding to messages within a few hours. My working hours are flexible to accommodate clients in different time zones.

COMMUNICATION:
I prefer to discuss project details (goals, tone, deadline, and any reference material) before starting, to make sure the final result matches your expectations. I provide regular updates on longer projects and I'm always open to questions during the process.

REVISIONS:
I offer revisions until you're satisfied with the final result, within the agreed scope of the project.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is handled securely through Guru's SafePay system. For larger projects, I'm happy to break the work into milestones so you can review progress along the way.

DELIVERY:
Turnaround time depends on project scope and will be agreed upon before work begins. I always aim to deliver on or before the agreed deadline.
