Fast and furious

I was born in Russia during so-called Perestroyka, which basically means that I was born to know couple of languages . You see, my father worked with Canada and USA, and the lack of products that had been happening in Russia was completely compensated with the ones he brought from the mentioned countries.
So I grew up watching Disney cartoons in English and I had no choice other that guess and learn English to understand and enjoy watching the cartoon.
A little later I've started mixing Russian and English and by the time I went to prep school, I was said to be a talented future translator.
I never considered it to be a talent or anything like that, I just enjoyed the fact that knowing languages may bring people of completely different background together. This understanding was beautiful and by the time I've entered elementary school, I was pretty motivated to know English and speak as if it's my native one
I've been blessed with amazing Russian and American teachers who taught me as much as they could.... So when I graduated and it was time for me to enter the Uni, I knew that I want to keep going. So i've entered and graduated to be a linguist with the knowledge of 3 languages, Russian and English being my native ones... adding Spanish to the list.
I still felt incomplete and went as far as leaving Russia to study in Germany
Right now I am a certified professional and a linguist with the knowledge of 4 languages
I've been translating for more than a decade now
My job ethics is that I translate fast and well, meaning that I create translation as close to the spirit of the text as possible using as accurate translation as it's possible
At this very moment I work as an HR manager for one massive Russian company as well as I translate legal and general texts for an agency from time to time
But there's still an urgent need to use my passion for languages and translation and help out those in need.
