As a teen, I read about real estate and the stock market almost every book I could. its fascinating to learn the method of riches and Apply with a small amount in reit companies or the stock market. I did my first real estate deal in 19 years old and my lesson was that age is just a number what matters is if you know what you are doing or not, I have learned that a good deal determines by your preparation.

After 2 year's I started investing money by a few methods. when you know how to check a balance sheet, focusing on the relevant parts you become more familiar with the company you consider investing. I want to know about the company income statement and cash flow statement, profitability, risks, Business environment, and competition.
I want to see details for at least the last 3 years on a data table. after that, I start making the numbers a plan.
In my last 6 years on the market, I had a great yield only because I do have a plan.
