As a consultant/Employee worked for USAID, World Bank, UNHCR, WFP, FAO, DFID, British High Commission, Coffey international, MSI, Chemonics, Oxfam GB,NRSP, Dairy and Rural Development Foundation (DRDF), Education fund for Sindh (EFS), Relief international, Care international, World Vision, Deloitte, Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, National Commission for Human Development, Punjab University, Iqra University, Riphah University, Hamdard University, AIOU University, Middle East Marketing Research Bureau, Winning Solution, and local consulting firms.
- Designed and implemented Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Accountability and Learning System for Planning and Development Commission of Pakistan, UNHCR, World Bank, DFID.
- Strengthened MER System of Aga Khan Development Network, World Vision - Disaster Relief, PRESTEP, CDCP, NADRA via institutional capacity assessment and training.
- Designed and completed 30+ evaluation studies and surveys for the aforementioned organizations. Supervised three national-level censuses: Population Census 1998, Out-of-School Children Census, and Paint Shops Census.
- Served as Assistant Professor and visiting faculty member in HEC recognized universities including Punjab University, Iqra University, Hamdard University, AIOU and Islamic University.
- Conducted around 25 training workshops for social development practitioners, market researchers and clinical researchers, graduate & postgraduate students and faculty members.
- As a Biostatistician authored a book “Essential of Biostatistics” accredited by Higher Education Commission
- As a PhD Scholar devised & tested “Change Management Index”
- As a team lead, managed 25 to 400-member teams to execute operations as per plan.
