I have expertise in both dry and wet lab techniques. I have done a BS in bioinformatics from Pakistan and currently doing MS in biochemistry and molecular biology from china. my research directions are bioinformatics and tumor research. my previous projects are listed below.
(1) Enzyme Inhibitors as Drugs for the treatment of leukemia.
Traditional chemotherapy imposes adverse side effects on the immune system of patients; pharmacologists benefit from a basic understanding of inhibitor activity during the development of new therapeutic drugs. Because of their specificity and the potency of enzymes that they can inhibit, most medicines treat a variety of chronic and life-threatening diseases. Various enzyme inhibitors are under trial for the therapy of leukemia.
(2) ML for Lung Cancer
different types of datasets were processed using machine learning classifiers. these classifiers classified the data into tumoral and nontumoral categories.
